Update and Thank you!

It was wonderful to get to see some of you during our last visit to Lincoln. We do really enjoy attending services at our mother church, Christ Lutheran Church. At our arrival back in Fort Wayne, Santi had to keep working on his studies. He is now taking seven classes: Church History II, Greek Readings, Pastoral Counseling, Field Work Education, Theology of Baptism, Pauline Epistles, and Advanced Greek. Please keep praying for him. His workload is very demanding of his time and talents. He is now getting ready for his finals in a week and a half.

As for me, I took my first two classes at the Seminary. Click here for more information. I am now writing several essays for these two classes. I am really enjoying this new experience. We are really being blessed with a deeper understanding of Scripture and the biblical narrative.

Maria is is growing very fast. She is doing very well in her studies. She is a warrior prayer and keeps both dad and mom and our studies continuously in her beautiful prayers.

Santi Jr. won the Honor's Roll last quarter and the whole family was invited to a nice breakfast at Concordia Lutheran School. We love to see him growing in his faith and his studies.

Salva is our eternal baby. He fills us with joy. He has already decided to follow dad's footsteps in becoming a pastor! What a blessing! (By the way, he has been given a new nickname by her teacher, Mrs. Goeglein: 'Mr. Smellgood'... he has recently discovered the power of good masculine perfume).

We are immensely thankful to all of you, dear sisters and brothers at Christ Lutheran for your continuous support and prayers. You make our journey a happy one in His service. We delight in your faith and we give thanks to the Lord for your missionary heart and your willingness to bring the Gospel to every nation. To God be the Glory!
